Strategic Development and Planning advice

Provided strategic development and planning advice to enable the client ICI Estates to realise the long-term potential of 2,000 acres of land which held existing industrial planning consent. This included putting in place the strategy for the main board to enact a phased disposal of their holdings which included the establishment and construction of the Western Approach business park and the rationalisation of existing buildings and land holdings.
